Return Policy:
1. Customers are responsible for initiating the return process within 30 days of receiving the product.
2. To initiate a return, contact our customer service or direct message us on instagram (@townandcrew) to obtain a return authorization.
3. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the item and covering all shipping costs.
4. Ensure the returned product is in its original condition, including all accessories and packaging.
5. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
6. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued, excluding the initial shipping cost.
7. In case of damaged or defective products, please contact customer service for assistance.
Note: The return policy is subject to change and may vary based on the product category. Please review the specific return terms for your purchased item on our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on socks, hats, koozies, or sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
